1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by SKYNEXUS AVIONICS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or purchasing our products.

2. Use of Drone Technology

All drones, frames (S-1), and components sold by SKYNEXUS are intended for legal use only. The purchaser is responsible for:

• Complying with DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) regulations in India.
• Obtaining necessary flight permits and UIN (Unique Identification Number) where applicable.
• Ensuring the drone is not flown in "No Fly Zones" or sensitive areas without authorization.

3. Limitation of Liability

SKYNEXUS AVIONICS provides high-performance hardware, but we are not liable for:

• Damage caused by pilot error, improper assembly by the user, or lack of maintenance.
• Any third-party property damage or personal injury resulting from the use of our products.
• Loss of data or hardware during specialized surveillance or mapping missions.

4. Warranty & Returns

Our carbon fiber frames and components are inspected for precision. Warranty claims are limited to manufacturing defects and do not cover "crash damage" or wear and tear from flight operations. Custom-designed drones are non-refundable once production begins.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and technical specifications related to the SKYNEXUS S-1 series are the intellectual property of SKYNEXUS AVIONICS. Unauthorized reproduction of our drone frame designs is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haldia, West Bengal.
